The Traveling Chapel

The original traveling chapel in the Asheville region of North Carolina. The chapel is booked by the hour ($150/hour) with a 4 continuous hour minimum ($600). You can book longer if needed. Each booking includes delivery and a dedicated staff member to assist with setup/teardown.

Description
Your deposit with Hitched Traveling Chapel will cover the first four hours of use but can be used as long as you need/want.
In addition to the chapel, the following are included with each booking:
- A dedicated staff member that will deliver the chapel, setup/teardown the chapel, and remove the chapel at the conclusion of your booking.
- Six miniature “pews” that can be setup on the ground in front of the chapel (intended for 2 people per pew).
- Wheel chocks to secure the trailer in place so that it doesn’t move.
Full payment is required to secure your date/time and is subject to the following terms and conditions (please review):
- The chapel requires flat and level ground for proper setup and use. It is up to the customer to ensure that the location intended for use is both flat and level.
- The intended location must also be reasonably accessible and free from debris or obstructions that would hinder access or potentially cause damage trying to access.
- Customer is response for any permits that are required for a specific location. Any fees or fines that are levied against Hitched Traveling Chapel as a result of permits not being established will be charged directly to the customer.
- Fees do not include staff gratuity.
- Service areas for Hitched Traveling Chapel include the following locations:
- Buncombe County, NC (Asheville, Black Mountain, Leicester, Weaverville, etc.)
- Henderson County, NC
- Polk County, NC
- Rutherford County, NC
- Burke County, NC
- McDowell County, NC
- Any location that is outside our listed service areas can be supported but will incur additional time for the drive to/from that location.
- Any damage that is done to one of our trailers by the customer or their guests, either intentionally or unintentional, will be charged directly to the customer for the cost of repairs.
- Payments are refundable for cancellations based on the following schedule:
- Cancellations received more than 90 days out will receive 75% of your payment refunded back.
- Cancellations received between 30 and 90 days will receive 50% of your payment refunded back.
- Cancellations inside 30 days will receive no payment back.
- Dates that are rescheduled will be treated like a cancelation/rebooking and subject to the same schedule used for cancelations.
